Junioriuacademy provides rental services for holiday decor and furniture. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning rented items, cancellations, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a rental reservation.
Rental Returns
All rented items must be returned at the end of the agreed rental period. Returns are handled through our pickup service or by returning items to our location, as specified in your rental agreement.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear
- All items must be returned complete with all components, accessories, and packaging materials
- Late returns may incur additional rental fees as specified in your rental agreement
- We will inspect all returned items upon receipt
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your rental reservation subject to the following terms:
- Cancellations 7+ days before delivery: Full refund of any deposits or payments made, minus any processing fees if applicable
- Cancellations 3-6 days before delivery: 50% refund of deposits or payments, or full credit toward future rentals
- Cancellations less than 3 days before delivery: No refund, but we may offer credit toward future rentals at our discretion
- Same-day cancellations: No refund or credit available
To cancel a reservation, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing.
Early Returns
If you wish to return items before the end of your rental period:
- Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule an early pickup
- No refunds or credits are provided for unused rental days
- Early return does not reduce your rental charges
- Pickup fees may apply for early returns
Item Condition and Damage
Rented items are expected to be returned in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear from appropriate use. The following applies:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Expected minor wear from normal use is acceptable and will not result in additional charges
- Damage Assessment: Any damage beyond normal wear will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs may be charged
- Missing Items: Lost or missing items will be charged at their replacement value
- Cleaning: Items must be returned in clean condition. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if items require professional cleaning beyond normal maintenance
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days of cancellation confirmation
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Processing fees, if any, are non-refundable
- No refunds are provided for completed rentals unless there is a significant issue with item quality or service that we determine warrants a refund
Service Issues
If you experience issues with our service or rented items:
- Contact us immediately to report any problems
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly
- If items are defective or not as described, we may offer replacements, credits, or partial refunds at our discretion
- Documentation (photos, descriptions) of issues may be required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items or situations may not be eligible for standard return or cancellation policies:
- Custom or personalized items ordered specifically for your event
- Items that have been significantly damaged, altered, or misused
- Rentals that have been extended beyond the original agreement without authorization
Disputes
If you disagree with any charges or assessments related to returns or damages:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the charge or assessment
- Provide documentation and details supporting your position
- We will review the dispute and respond within 10 business days
- We reserve the right to make final determinations regarding damage assessments and charges
Special Circumstances
In cases of natural disasters, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to find reasonable solutions. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations.
